Youth today spend more and more of their time living sedentary lives staring at a screen. Developed with child development specialists and experts in education, our teaching methods ensure that children learn quickly and retain what they learn. Students learn traditional boxing styles with an emphasis on self-defense, fitness, agility, and good fundamental technique.
Our facility does NOT offer any contact boxing classes. Boxing can be an excellent way for your kids to stay active and give them something productive to do after school.
Why Boxing?

Even at a young age, children can enhance their concentration and listening skills through our fun, age-appropriate drills and skills. Every class is designed to develop the whole child — physically, mentally, and socially.

Our Programs
All classes are led by nationally certified coaches in a safe, no-contact environment.

Ages 3–7
Our youngest boxers get introduced to movement, coordination, and the fundamentals of boxing in a playful, high-energy environment. 45-minute sessions designed for little legs and big energy.

Ages 8–12
Warriors build real boxing technique, athleticism, and mental toughness. Classes combine skill work, conditioning, and character development in a structured, supportive setting.

Ages 13–16
Teen boxers train with more intensity, focus, and purpose. Gladiators classes challenge young athletes physically and mentally, preparing them for competition or simply elite fitness.
